From its founding in 2001, Professional Office Supplies has always strived to be a business that served its employess as well as they served it. We encourage a philosophy of inclusiveness and well-being that we have found also works to the benefit of the business and, ultimately, its customers.

Professional Office Supplies is a fully accredited Living Wage Employer, voluntarily paying over-and-above the government's National Living Wage.




Environmental challenges, faced by us all, can sometime seem insurmountable, but at POS we realise that its all about doing our bit. By proactively managing our business and supply chain we can ensure that any impact our operations have is mitigated. Our ultimate aim is to be Carbon Neutral. 

Our charitable credentials are absolute. Partnering with Macmillan Cancer Support since 2003, our Sales Director Des McKeown's group of volunteers and challenge participants, Team McKeown, has raised over £1,800,000 in the last 17 years.
